Ingredients :
Potato/alu gedde/bangala dumpalu : 2 medium size
Turmeric powder/arishana pudi/pasupu : a pinch
Cumin powder/jeera podi/jeerige pudi : 1 tsp
Red chili powder/ona menasina kayi pudi : 1 tbsp
Salt : to taste
oil : 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation :
- Peel the skin of potatoes and chop them into small uniform pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai,add potato pieces and fry for 5-7 mins.
- Then add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Then add cumin powder ,cook for 2 more minutes.
- Dish out and serve with rice,roti.......
